What you need:
Eyeshadow
Use The Green off Eb and Flow
Blush
Use Chesnut Blush
Lipstick
Use Shade Adore U
Eye liner
Use Shade Black Coffee
Steps:
1. Wash your face completely of all dirt and old makeup!
2. Regulary I would start with the eyeliner. Apply (and as it seems in the picture) to only the upper eye part. Just a light little coat should do!
3. Next add the eyeshadow. Do a nice full coat on your top eyelid all the way to the corner of your eye.
4. Okay now add blush. Debby does not have pale skin so it's pretty hard to find this shade of blush on her but it definately brings out her look. Just take the blush and (preferbly using a blush brush) apply thickly to your cheeks. Note: This look does look better on people with tanner skin unless of course you add foundation! (That's optional)
5. Last but certainly not least Lipstick. Debby wears a very light color in this picture to go with her tanner makeup so use the light lipstick we have provided. Just lightly coat your lips!
6. Now walk out of that place where you just did your makeup and everyone's mouth will drop open! You look just like Debby Ryan! :) (Or maybe a little different!)
7. I highly suggest curling your hair with this look. It will look best!
