"What If" Still
Note: In this picture, Debby (in the movie) had been crying so under her eyes it's black but don't do that yourself! :)
Steps:
1. First wash your face completely, apply a moisturizer and a foundation that matches your skin tone.
2. Next apply black eyeliner to your upper and lower lashline.
3. Then apply strawberry/pink lip balm to your lips.
4. Next apply some charcoal colored eyeshadow. Not too much though!
5. Then take the mascara brush and brush it up on your upper eye. And apply the mascara to your lower eyelashes too.
6. Lastly apply light pink blush to the apple of your cheeks!
7. Enjoy your Debby inspired look! :)
