"Igor" Premiere

What you Need:
-Black Eyeliner
-Green Eyeshadow
-Mascara
-Light Pink Lipstick

Steps:
1. First wash your face completely.
2. Next apply the eyeliner to upper eye. (Not lower too just upper)
3. Now apply the lipstick to your lips, carefully. If it smudges you can always start over!
4. Now apply the Eyeshadow to your upper eyelid. Not off the sides though. Just a very minimum ammount.
5. Then take the mascara brush and brush it up on your upper eye.
6. Enjoy your Debby inspired look! :)
